1. Shipping & Delivery

Production Lead Time

All MONOVANE Integrated Aero Cockpits are made-to-order. Once your order is confirmed and technical specifications are approved, your unit enters our precision manufacturing and quality inspection process.

Production typically takes 4–6 weeks from the date of confirmation. Road Cockpits are standard in-stock items and ship sooner.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

• Express delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment.

• Standard delivery: 7–14 business days after shipment.

• Fulfillment warehouses: USA (default). For certain custom components such as CNC-machined and 3D-printed parts, shipment may be fulfilled directly from our verified manufacturing partners based on your destination and product configuration.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination customs and local logistics.

• Carriers:

  - Dedicated Shipping Line (For optimized, secure cross-border transit)
  - UPS / FedEx (Last-mile delivery and premium time-sensitive shipments)
  - USPS (For small and lightweight items)
  

Duties & Import Taxes

• USA orders: No import duties or customs fees upon delivery. However, applicable sales tax may be charged depending on your state. Tax-free states include Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon.

• All other countries: The checkout price does not include destination VAT or import duties. You may be required to pay these upon delivery in accordance with local laws. Please check your local import regulations before purchasing.

• Clearance assistance: For select destinations, we may be able to arrange third-party customs clearance assistance. Contact us in advance to confirm availability.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. MONOVANE is not liable for lost parcels, forced returns, or additional re-shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

2. Returns & Refunds

Return Window

• Standard products: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

• Custom products: Not eligible for change-of-mind returns due to their personalized nature.

Standard Product Returns
Returns are accepted for standard items provided that:

• The product is unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition

• The item is returned in its original, unopened packaging

• A valid proof of purchase is provided
  

Custom Product Returns
Returns for custom orders are strictly non-refundable and are only accepted in cases of verified structural manufacturing defects or damage sustained during initial transit.

Please note:

• Geometry variations or reach discrepancies resulting from third-party spacers, angle wedges, or incorrect customer-provided fit data do NOT constitute manufacturing defects.

• Products that have been installed, mounted, or bolted onto a bicycle are classified as used and cannot be returned under any conditions.
  

To initiate a defect claim, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@monovane.com with clear photographic evidence.

If remanufacturing is requested due to incorrect specifications provided by the customer, all associated shipping and remanufacturing costs are strictly the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

For eligible returns, the purchase price of the product will be refunded. Please note the following are non-refundable:

• Original shipping fees

• Import duties and taxes (contact your local customs office directly for duty refund requests)

• Payment processing fees charged by third-party gateways (PayPal, credit card processors, etc.)
