Every build is a collaboration — here's how it works.

Step 1 — Consult

Contact us or place your order to begin. Tell us your bike, your goals, and your racing setup — we'll take it from there.

Step 2 — Questionnaire

Within 1–3 business days, you'll receive a Bespoke Fitting Questionnaire by email. This covers your biometric data, current cockpit setup, shifting system, and aesthetic preferences.

Step 3 — Design

Our engineering team translates your fit data into a precise cockpit geometry. We'll prepare your custom specifications and send you a confirmation email for review.

Step 4 — Approval

You review and approve your specifications before anything goes into production. If adjustments are needed. Production begins only after your written approval via email.

Step 5 — Build

Your cockpit enters precision manufacturing — single-mold carbon layup, CNC machining, quality inspection, and finish application. This stage typically takes 4–6 weeks.

Step 6 — Deliver

Shipped via your chosen carrier with full tracking provided. International orders are dispatched from our US warehouse or verified manufacturing partners depending on your destination and product configuration.

Optional: 3D Prototype Fitting

Before committing to full carbon production, you may request a resin 3D-printed prototype of your confirmed cockpit geometry. This allows you to physically test the sizing and positioning on your bike before manufacturing begins. Please note: this option adds prototype fabrication cost, a separate shipping leg, and additional lead time — as we wait for your fit feedback before proceeding. It is entirely optional and recommended for riders who want zero uncertainty on sizing.
