2-Year Warranty: We offer a 2-year limited warranty on all carbon structural components against manufacturing defects.
Fit Assurance: We provide expert analysis of your submitted fit data to assist in achieving the most accurate cockpit setup possible for your unique riding posture.
Lifetime Support: Ongoing technical assistance for your cockpit setup and component integration.
Lead Time
There is a 3 to 10 days lead time on all road handlebars and accessories. There is a 4 to 6 weeks lead time on all VaneBar Aero Cockpits (starting after order confirmation and data approval).
Returns
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund. Perhaps the item is not what you want, it doesn't fit, or maybe you've just changed your mind. As long as your items are unused, in their original packaging and returned within 14 days of receipt, just send it back. Please note, unwanted items are returned at the buyers expense. If you return an item because it is not as described or it's damaged, we will replace the item or issue a full refund by the payment method that was received.
Exclusivity Statement: Custom components and accessories (non-standard products) manufactured to your unique specifications are irreversible and not eligible for return or resale. This includes custom Aero Cockpits, CNC spacers, and 3D-printed parts.
Warranty
MONOVANE warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years after original purchase. This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Claims under this warranty must be made through the MONOVANE official website via e-mail. Original proof of purchase is required.
Limitations of Liability
To the extent allowed by local law, except for the obligations specifically set forth in this warranty statement, in no event shall MONOVANE or its third party suppliers be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
Limitations of Warranty
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from crashes, falls, accidents, or improper handling.
This warranty does not apply to installation errors, over-torquing, or the use of non-recommended lubricants/adhesives.
This warranty does not apply to cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, UV fading) that does not affect structural integrity.
This warranty does not apply to misuse in non-intended scenarios (e.g., MTB, BMX, or static display).
This warranty shall not cover damages caused by the use of parts that are not compatible or authorized by MONOVANE.
Excluded Components: Custom 3D-printed fairings, foam pads, CNC accessories, computer mounts, and bottle cages are explicitly excluded from this warranty.
Crash Replacement Program
For damage not covered under warranty, MONOVANE offers a support program for our riders:
Eligible customers may receive a 15% discount on replacement parts.
Proof of purchase and detailed damage photos are required for evaluation.
The discount applies to the component cost only; shipping and labor are excluded.
